have a 66 fisherman 6hp. I have pulled that carb apart and cleaned it. Replaced high speed jet and low speed idle jet is fine. Have taken it out twice. it would not stay at idle, and when running WOT it lacked power. Today I was able to get it to idle good, but only if I left the choked pulled a little. Could it be a bad fuel pump? If so, how do I tell if its bad or not?
