I ran the boat for about 40 minutes last week no issues. This week dead in the water. The only difference I know of is I used fresh gas mixed 50:1 with TC-W3 oil.
Issue: Turns over but will not start/fire keep running. Spins but does not catch.

Checked:
Getting gas into the carb. Fuel filter is clean and all flows fine into the carb.
Sprayed the carb with Quick Start.
Put seafoam in the gas tank - Correct mixture.
Getting Spark on all for plugs (New Plugs gap for .030) The plugs were wet and had carbon build up. But it appears that the new plugs are staying dry now and getting spark.
Ignition coil is putting out volts
Battery appears good, about 620 CCA. I am charging it overnight.

The wiring under the steering column is messed up. So, I am not sure if a Kill switch wire is interfering, if so, I am not sure how or where to check that.

Any thoughts would be so greatly appreciated. If someone can suggest something that fixes it. I owe you a case or two of beer (If you drink) :)

Kind thanks!!!

if you still have a problem after reading the above,,,,check compression first,,,,,,you wrote the plugs are staying dry and you have spark, that part sounds like its not getting fuel

If you are getting spark, it is not a kill switch causing the problem. But how much spark are you getting? That is, how wide a gap are you checking it with? Want an educated guess? Betcha your distributor rotor is shorted out and arcing through to the shaft.
