Hi, I am new here and this seems like where I need to be for the question that I have. I am looking for a motor cover for my 1967 80 HP Evinrude Starflite Model # 80793M.

If any one knows where I could get one I would appreciate your response, or if any one has any ideas on what type of material I could use to manufacture my own.

Thanks.

I would watch ebay and try the various used outboard parts suppliers like
Twin cities.I'm guessing a bunch of years and hp would physically fit.
then a little paint and some decals to match.

Thank you steelespike & JB for your response. I have contacted Twin Cities via email. Have to wait for a response. I have looked all over the place including eBay. I don’t know what other years or horsepower will fit. I would assume 60's models around the same Horsepower.

Thanks again for a quick response.

Re: 1967 80HP Motor Cover

I've got a 100S cover from that year...

I know the 90 and 100s are interchangable, don't know about the 80s...

My cover is yellow/gold...

If you are interested, let me know...
