Replaced wood brace on the transom, stained and poly'd then found a 2003 Merc 50 2 stroke w power trim, tilt to hang on the back. All new cables and throttle box. This is it's first water test.
Added a 12 gallon fuel cell w thru hull fill, all new switches and wiring, original bow light, added interior and under water lights and this is the finished product. Runs mint, will do 34mph and is one of the most fun boats I've owned. 100 total hours of labor, have run it for 2 seasons with zero issues.
I know this is a dated thread, but do you by any chance have some better top down pictures of the floor stringers during this stage of the build? Im trying to figure out my flooring and all of your pictures are super helpful
