Just wondering if any one out there knows someone in the North Carolina area that has old, very old, mercuiser knowledge and more importantly wants to use it. My boat is in amazing shape but there are a few things that someone who knows this stern drive engine could staighten out in less than an hour but I can't find any boat guys around here who will touch it. That said there are those who are glad to work on it but have never seen a mercuiser 80 stern drive. I've already had some experince with those guys and just finshed replacing some of the parts they broke. Any sugestions would be great, I'm willing to travel to the right shop. This boat is worth it!!!
