That thing is sweet...I really wonder if those are the fuel tanks above the bridge? Labelled "1" and "2" for safety?

Also, why is there a bird-guard on just the one jet intake?

Great engineering and speed, for quick movement of vehicles and troops I'd imagine.

I think more like quick movement of torpedoes. Those tubes on the top look to be about the right size.
