Last year engine would cut out to 1 cyl sometimes. Put new coils, wires, plugs, condenser and points. Took it out this year was on 2 cyl then cut to 1 again. Noticed lack of water so brought it home change impeller and double checked everything. Plugs and points gapped proper. I know not much water at idle out exhaust so increase rpm no water. Top cyl was the one cutting out sometimes. Temp reading 140 top cyl and 180 bottom cyl which seems too hot. I shut it down. I dont know what to do now.

First, find out why it's running on one cylinder. Start with a compression check. It would be a waste to spend all that time and money on an engine with a blown piston.

Compression is fine. Top cyl cuts out sometimes and runs good sometimes

So, in effect, you are telling us that the ignition is fine (all new), and the engine condition is fine.
