Well, it pains me to update this thread... I hope to work on it this winter and be ready to splash in the spring.
I will start a restoration thread once I get it in the garage and promise to take plenty of pics.
No need really to start a new thread, its nice to see a project from the excitement of the original 'barn' find in your case, thru delays & life's intrusions, all the way to the 1st splash post resto.
It is often the case of a long, slow road when we work, live & spend just a little time wrenching on a project boat.
Other times it seems a non-stop sprint to the finish----{
