Heavy duty Gearcase group bearing is 0377133 BEARING, Pinion, lower $41.00
The Standard Gearcase group bearing is 0378264 PINION BEARIN $102.00

How can I tell which one I need?

The heavy duty gearcase looks like two halves bolted together, the standard duty gearcase is all one piece.
