1968 rk 30 a impellor

I've been looking around to find out where the impellor is on my 1968 Johnson 40 hsp rk 30 a. I also want to know the easiest way to change it. any help would be appreciated.

The water pump sits on top of the lower unit, you have to remove the lower unit to service the water pump.
