1969 55hp Hydroelectric tilt/trim?

I have a good running '69 55hp Evinrude. I've recently come across a non running '71 60hp hydroelectric shift for sale and the owner claims it has tilt/trim. Is it possible for his motor to have tilt/trim and if so, can it be swapped onto my 69?

Tilt and Trim did not come out until 1973, earlier models only had an optional tilt unit.
