If it's working properly and not leaking oil out or water in, all you need to do is change the oil, Type C, and maybe change the water pump.

I am wanting to I guess tune up my lower unit. This outboard has been sitting for a while. Any recommendations parts to replace, procedures and insight would be helpful.
