1969 9.5 rude carburator

just measuring float settings set to specs no fuel removed rechecked still good. measured bowl depth and its 13/16 deep and that's the min. setting. Hows it going to get fuel . had it together pumped bulb get fuel from supply to carb. when connected to carb. no fuel with drain screw out . any ideas

ok I'm done got it running not overflowing big test tomorrow in water. changed min. float setting to 11/16 in.

If you have fuel to the carb and no fuel in the carb, there is a problem with the needle/seat in the carb. That is the only thing that controls fuel flow into the carb bowel.
