1969 Johnson 55HP Water Intake Screen?

Is it hard to change the water intake screens on the lower unit? the screens are made of plastic on the Johnson and i guess they set and got weather cracked and busted out over time. here is a picture of the screen im talking about.

Not hard to change Miichael. But you will need to drop the lower unit and sometimes remove the water pump housing to get clearance. You can break the old one out. Make sure all the pieces are removed. The new one will snap in. PN for the screen is 314175. $7 and some change. Might have to order this from a local J/rude dealer.
