I have a 1969 Johnson 6 hp that was left upside down in a tank which got water in it. Unfortunely the throttle wont turn the flywheel. Upon further inspection the flywheel was stuck. After removing the head and armature plate and moving it back and forth it has loosened up.The cam, clip, on the armature plate which controls the throttle needs to be adjusted. The repair manual does not show how to do this. Does anyone know how to do this?
