Re: 1969 larson lapline....needs work.please help

I also have a 1969 16' all-american lapline that i am restoring. I would recommend removing everything and starting all-over beginning with the trailer and working your way up! We are currently in the process of replacing the plywood floor in ours, and then on to painting the hull. Good Luck!

it seems to be in very good condition. the transom has been built back up but the outside of the boat is not banged up at all. no marks from docks or anything and the trailer is original. just replaced both hubs but everything else on it looks good. may i ask where u are getting your parts for the lapline?
