1969 Merc 200, 20hp Tiller handle

Anybody have any suggestions for locating a tiller handle for 1969 Merc 200, 20hp? or ballpark on price?

I also have a early 70's Merc 200, 20hp that fires great but shoots a steady stream of water from the top plug. Any suggestions there? Thanks for the help!

tcoutboard.com and you need a new water jacket cover gasket.
