1970 40 HP Evinrude Plug Wires

I have a 1970 40 hp evinrude, I just replaced coils, spark plugs and wires a few weeks ago. It runs fine but when I grabbed the lower plug wire to try to pull it off it shocks the heck out of me I dont have this problem with the top one. What could be the problem??????

Maybe the top one is weak? You wouldn't catch me pulling off a plug wire with bare hands! They bite too bad. And I HATE to get shocked.

Ok sounds good then I will check the coil for the top plug then thanks again.
