Welcome to iboats!

What are the dimensions (length and beam) and configuration (open bow, console, etc.) of the boat? From there, we can give you a good idea.

Re: 1970 Appleby aluminum v hull

I checked that one place for Appleby Specs & it's for pontoon boats.... But here are the dimensions of my boat:
Transom height: 15", Trans. width: 45"., Beam 54"., & length: 13'-8" or 9", it's an open v-hull aluminum, has 2 full size seats and one little seat in the front, not really big enough to sit on. titled as a 1970 appleby. I have a 15 hp force on it now & that seems to work well with two people, but hardly planes out with one person. I'm really curious about what the actual HP rating is? Thanks, Rob
