I have my dad's old 15 horse Evinrude. Can anyone tell me what year it is and how to find out routine maintenance for it? It is a model #15504C and serial #E0009225
Looks like you have a 1975 model motor. Those are great engines I love them. You might buy a manual for it, it will have all the routine main. for it, and give you the steps and drawings for repairs.
I have a 1980 evinrude 15hp engine and a 1980's 25 hp evinrude and they are the best running engines out there, the 15 is a good one for trolling and the 25 is great for speed, have fun with your 15 and take care of it cause it will outlive you probably.<br /><br />Just my 2 cents<br />Mike
