Got the 120 back were it belongs.

I attempted to media blast the exhaust elbow to clean out the rust but it was too far gone. Water would have dumped back in the cylinders. Ordered new one, so test run is on hold until it is received and installed.

I also machined a new plate for the choke tube. The original was bent a bit (froze?) and very thin.

Motor in and running good. Little smoke, but I figured that. Stern Deck fastened back on. Cleaning up some wiring now.

I also ordered a NOS Trim Stop Switch on eBay, then got a message saying they shipped it but reimburse me 100% due to the wire insulation being dry. I'll see what I can do with it.

Looking good, the motor sure looks great, is it a bit of blue smoke from oil burning or is it a carb issue?

It's oil...a couple cylinders had some light pitting from water due to bad manifold and elbow. Someday I may rebuild the engine.
