1971 Columbian with 50 HP

Just picked up 1971 15 foot Columbian- Manufactured in Meriden CT. I do have concern with Fiberglass crack near transom. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pull the motor off and stick your finger in the bolt holes. Is it wet?
