I think I can do an okay repair using threadlocker on the remaining two bolt holes, but I dont think epoxy is up to the job. So I have decided I will borrow my friends Tig welder, as soon as this virus scare blows over. . I am sure the seller knew of this problem when he sold this outboard. Most people are honest, but there are alway low life's My problem I am too trusting. I send him a test about the issue, but no reply
