1971 evinrude 60 hp wont start after head reinstalled

I stripped out a spark plug ,and had the head helicoiled. I reinstalled the head per factory manual and now the engine wont even start. I have spark to all plugs . The only other thing I did was replace the choke thermostat.Does anyone have an idea to wat went wrong. The engine ran fine prior to this.<br /><br />ED

did you have the flywheel off? Sounds like you could have sheared the woodruff key or not torqued it down good and it spun throwing off your timing. Are you sure that you didn't accidently swap plug wires? Are you getting fuel to them? Are they wet after you try to start?
