My evinrude 60hp wont idle well and dies after a short time . The carbs were rebuilt , syncronized although still ran rough surges slightly. Idle speed set 675 ,best we could get, (In gear prop in water) . New plugs, right mixture. Previous owner appears to have at one time put in newer CDI unit and stator and fuel pump. Compression 110 psi on all three cylinders . High speed seems fine . It has a occasional popping sound thru the exhaust but not all times and the low speed enrichment nob helps at some ranges but still idles bad. Can anyone give me an idea where to look . <br /><br />Thanks ED
