1971 Sea Ray Propeller Legs Won't Move Up or Down

I have a 26 ft Sea Ray with Twin Mercury 160 4 cyl Engines. I believe the legs are alpha one. Had engines completely rebuilt last season. Legs where cleaned and re-installed. Used boat all season with no problems. Put away for winter storage with the legs in the down position all was working well. Fired engines last weekend and went to lift legs. When I hit the switch the engines sound like thety are being put under a huge load and want to stall. <br /><br />Any Ideas

With the engines OFF so you can hear the trim pumps Whats going on ?<br /><br />The trim pumps draw a LOT of current 100 or more amps <br /><br />The rams can get stuck from sitting so we need to find out if the pump has a problem or the rams are stuck<br /><br />tommays
