1972 Evinrude 125 hp Water deflector tubes in water jacket

I wanted to know what length and diameter they were and how and where they are installed. Do they have a part number? The official shop manual says nothing about them. (I borrowed the picture from the water pump indicator discussion.)

I couldn't find for v4 but, I am sure they will be generic part.
you might want to check partt no. for v4 with local johnson supplier.
These are critical. if deformed can cause overheating.
When install make sure water jacket slot where they go is clean b4 install. use rubber grease duwn jacket and on tubes b4 fitting. After pushed fully in, they stick out above surface about 1mm. Normal.
