I have been having troubles cold starting it. Its takes me between 15 to 30 min trying to start it but as a soon as I can get it started I can turn it off and start it in one pull. so far I have replaced the spark plugs and ran a little sea foam though it. This is my first motor and would really appreciate any help.

I would check over the ignition system entirely. It sounds like it needs to be tuned and new coils, most likely. Pull the flywheel and post a pic.

Are you pumping the primer bulb until it is firm?

Bad luck with this motor before i can try to pull the flywheel my brother decides to take it out while im at work and breaks the shear pin. But instead of a shear pin it end up being a cotter pin. bought a new pin now the holes doesn't line up any ideas what I can do to lines them up. i have a weedless drive and the plastic seems to be to much in towards gears.

Have your brother buy you a new cap.
