1972 Evinrude starter motor interchangeable?

Hey I need a starter motor and now a rectifier for my 100HP V4 Evinrude.

I can't find any manuals or information that go back to the early 70's which makes life hard, but I found this:

I'm considering buying this as the price of a starter motor alone is more than the entire motor :facepalm: However that's an 85HP and mine is 100HP. Will everything interchange ok? Specifically the starter and rectifier and If not what other models will interchange with mine? Model number for mine is 100293R.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please someone must know if an 85HP starter will fit 100hp?? The auction ends in 8hrs!!

Parts diagram shows same part number for a 1972 85 HP and 1972 100 HP starter.
