Hello peoples,

This is my first post on here, been looking at loads amounts of info. I just took owner ship of a 1972 Glastron v163 with Johnson 85 motor.
Boat is in awesome condition, and motor runs great.

I need to pick your guys brain.
The motor runs great above 1000 rpms. When below, there is a miss/jolt every now and then.
This is what has been done.
New reed valves.
Plugs/wires.
points.
Fuel filters clean/changes.
Compression is good.
Carb rebuild.
Some other stuff, cant remember right now. All the work was done by previous owner.

What else should i look at?

Thanks in advance!

Lean sneeze?? Caused by a number of things, including dirty idle jets, wrong idle jets, mixed up idle jets, improper synchronization, improper carburetor throttle plates synchronization, air leaks anywhere into the crankcase, improper breaker points gap, and more. Sorry, I can't tell you which one to choose.
