1973 165 HP Mercruiser straight 6

Anyone know where I can get the correct fuel pump for this? Everything I've found so far. the fuel lines in/out don't line up. Thanks

You could get some steel brake line tubing and make your own Sierra 18-7278 is listed, oem is NLA
