I finally got this bad boy running but have a problem. I noticed that there is water collecting on the arm that the starter is attached to when it is running. At first I thought I had a bad gasket but on further inspection its fine. It's almost as though its coming up the aluminum tube the rope starter is on. Can that be? Where could this water be coming from and what can I do to fix it?
Below are a few pictures of where I can see the water collecting.
Thanks for any advice you can spare!

What gasket are you talking about ?? The one under the bracket that holds the top part of the rewind ??

Boobie, I originally thought the leak was coming from the second gasket in from the rewind. (is that the water jacket?) But it appears fine after closer inspection.

Daviet, Thanks! The price is right, I'll order it right away.

Did you ever figure your leak out? I have the exact same problem. Looks like water is spraying out from one of the rewind bolts, but wanted to see what were the probable causes before i started tearing it apart?
