Does the motor have a trim/tilt? What kind of shape is the cowl?

No power trim/tilt. The cowling is in reasonable shape, ie. it keeps water out and isn't damaged per se, but a previous owner painted it white, and part of the "Evinrude" logo is missing. It's not "pretty".
