1973 johnson 115

hello all,have a 73 manatee with a 115 on it,here is the problem,will run all day on ears,put in water stalls,have idle cable all way adjusted(short) and also on wot after few mins dies down if back off will stay running,will run at 3/4 with no problem,carbs have been done new everything in carbs and all ports clear last thing 3 cylinders have 120 compression and 1 at 90 ?????? any help would be great dawoo1515@yahoo.com

Pull the cylinder head that has the 90 lbs.
