Both systems were available as OMC Accessories. Power Tilt & Trim for long shaft motors only, Power Tilt (only) for long and/or short shaft motors. The Power Tilt & Trim is easy to recognize by the honking big plate bolted to the rear of the swivel bracket, with hydraulic cylinders on both sides.

This is the plate and it has 2 cylinders. Also there is no solenoid that I can see?. 3 wires from motor to switch. Tilt works well but bleeds down. Is this power trim as well?

That is tilt only. One cylinder is for the tilt, other is a shock absorber. Without the tilt kit, there were two shock absorbers in there. It did not use a solenoid.
