1973 Johnson 65hp will not turn over...help please

I have a 1973 Johnson 65hp outboard. A few weeks ago I tried to start it for the first time in about 18 months. The engine won't turn over. I have removed the plugs and have been applying penetrating oil in the cylinders. I put a breaker bar on the nut over the flywheel thinking I should be able to break it loose, but no luck. Any ideas on what to try next. All ideas appreciated.

What does the gear case oil look like ??

The gear case oil is blacker than it should be.

Just picked up a 1988 model 60 HP like yours.---Was stuck from sitting outside for 3 years uncovered.------Got it turning with a prybar.------Then took it apart to find every bearing rusted and scrap.----Crankshaft is scrap.----The 3 rods are scrap.----Water pump totally destroyed from running dry.----Traded stuff that I paid very little for to get this motor.

How did you use the prybar to turn it?
