1973 MERC 850 4 cylinder Powerhead

I have three of the ring compressors for installation into bores. There are four bores, will I encounter problems or are there ways to overcome this dilemma?

Go SLOW and careful, you may be able to remove the compressor from the first piston in and re-use it on the last.

Some have used a LARGE hose clamp, careful, not too tight it is too easy to scratch the piston.
