Finished the rebuild of hull and outboard but I can not find a normal operating temp for idle or cruising at 4500 RPM. Checked the sending unit for continuity cold and hot. None at cold and normal when hot but temp gauge doesn't sean to show any operating temp at idle even though the thermostat is opening and closing noticed by water flow out the exhaust. Anyone with any inputs?
