I have a 1974 Evinrude 115 that sat around for four or five years. I changed the plugs today and set them at 040, added fuel, checked carbs, new battery, etc. the motor turns over, but won't fire. I looked online for a checklist, but can't find a trouble shooting checklist. Any suggestions?
