1975 22ft closed bow holiday Starcraft

This boat has all the origional equip on it the engine is a 1975 200 HP Johnson with power tilt .Orig bow cover with pleated vinal walkway. I have it set up for Salmon fishing on the Wash. coast in the San Juan Islands , and yes it is a big water boat. Very fast and stable. I added 11inch bennett trim tabs to stabilize it and keep the Bow where I want it. I added a 9.9 4stroke elect start kicker Mercury, and installed Hydr. steering to it. I fish mostly alone. If it gets to rough I head in and its fast enough to stay on top or the water. I fished Glassply boats for years but this I bought in Idaho for $4000 I laughed all the way home as I had to drive 400 miles to get it. All the interior is origional and in very good condition. I will post a photo or so when i get it out and ready to fish soon.

Did not say MINT CONDITION , but close, will take photos tomorrow and post same day. Has been to wet to do much the last few days. Hell were still getting snow. Love this Global Warming. LOL Ed

I am attempting to post photos of my boat for you all to see. I can find no directions on how to do this. I mail (e-mail ) them often on the web but this site is strange to me. I have 6-7 I would like to post. My e-mail is noahslark@comcast if I send them to someone else and they can post them

I know these things can be frustrating. I'm more of a nuts and bolts person and find myself asking my wife for instructions more often than not. She says that if your pictures are too large to upload...you can open them on your computer and then save as a smaller size jpeg. Then you should be able to upload.

WOW did you take on a project . I rebuilt glasply 19-21 foot Boats for three years now can not even break even,so sold them off at a huge loss but there not here any more. I was very fortunate to find the Starcraft and it was 400 miles away in Idaho. We have a summer home in that area so took the trip to get it. and checked out the cabin. I Bought the Starcraft sight unseen, as the guy said it was in good condition. It was in very good condition and all eq. on it is origional. some days a guy just lives right. Hey Pugetsound. You can open them up in Paint in the accessories folder of the Programs menu under the start button.

Once you open the pic in there, it will be very large.
Click on the "Image' tab in the top left.
Then click on the "stretch/skew" tab.

In the "stretch portion of the pop up window on the right column you will
see 2 boxes that say "100%".
start by selecting 50% in both then click 'OK"
This will reduce the image by 50%.
Keep playing with the percentages until you have a pic around 2"x2".

Now when you go to save it, make sure you choose "JPEG" at the "Save as Type" drop down bar in the bottom of the save window.

Now you will have a giant bmp. image reduce to jpeg size.

It will take some practice to get the feel, but it is the easiest and you won't loose any quality of pic.

It's only a huge project because we made it one. The good thing was that all the parts were there-just real old-like me!
