First things first.

:welcome: to iboats digong. Always great to have a new member join us...

I would first look at the carb(s) to see if the butterfly plates are open or closed. They need to be shut closed or near about when starting up the engine. If they are closed, next check the spark advance system. Either can make an engine riv higher then wanted. But I am thinking the carb(s) would be the first suspect, OR even an air leak around the carb to engine gasket. If the carb(s) never been disassembled and cleaned, now it the time. Buy a carb kit or however many you need and tear into the carb and rebuilt it. That never hurts a carb... JMHO

Thank you very much, your first suggestion was the solution, both butterfly plates were open, i closed it and it runs perfectly.
, again, appreciate the response, it was so helpful to me as it is my first boat, I am hoping to learn more about the outboard so I can do the basis maintenance work and I do not have to bring to the shop....Digong.

Right now, manual choke is at lower or start, if i move to middle, both butterflies are open.
