Hi guys,
I just came across a '75 85HP Evinrude and I have a couple of quick questions :
1) Does this motor come with a over temp alarm, and if so where is it located at ?
2) What does the purple wires with yellow stripe go to ?
( one of two are disconnected at the junction box on top of the motor and I am not sure why )
3) What years of 85hp motors are compatible for parts ?
4) What is the easiest way to Modify the motor with a tell-tale ? ( for pumping water )
