Had trouble with fuel supply - put new pump on and it appears to be pumping. While workin on this the battery wore down some - now not getting spark - can low battery level cause weak or no spark? Also- on the fuel pump there are two hose on bottom. One appears to go to carb - where does the other line go? The exit line on the right as you look at the pump from the front goes to carb- am I correct. Thanks
