got 21.8 mph on the gps today. Tide was out, couldn't run for long, but it was maxed out at 5750rpm, with the old 9.9 prop. It's in bad shape. I'm thinkin it's got to be raised up & tilted either up or down. I'm still researchin that stuff, but I'll start a new thread when I can get my knowledge up to speed. thanks yall!
