Ok I am back well great news so far, did the transom and stringer and electrical checks all good pretty dry underneath and no soggy rotted wood under floor or in transom no cracks..I am truly amazed at the shape this boat is in after 30+ yrs and how well it was taken care of Wow..I did have to pull all the wires and rerun them and replace the bad switches and components as needed far to much copper corrosion for my liking but no biggie i know wiring and electrical. Well so far I have removed all the carpet and started the fiberglass sanding and rewiring I decided I will re carpet the main deck area and I will use the tough coat nonskid tan paint on the front area and all the storage area panels.. Ok I will try to post some pics hope this works :D
