Just was given a 1975 Glastron V178 with a Mercury 850 85 HP outboard , it has sat in a garage for at least 15 years , previous owners son told me that it had just been tuned up and winterized the last time it moved . I need some advice on the correct order to do things , I know it has a built in fuel tank that will need to be thoroughly cleaned out if not replaced as well as all the lines and bulb ect. , the throttle cable , shift cable , and choke cable are a bit tuff but do move , what is the correct course of action to bring the engine back to life without damaging it ? Thanks in advance
