Still private. Take it back to the mechanic who rebuilt the fuel pump and have him go through his work.

Sorry flyingscott....not sure what is going on with my youtube link. I took the boat back to the mechanic and its going to be 2 plus weeks before he can look at it to see what is causing the problem. If its something simple I can fix it just need to know where to look. Like I said everything is brand new from the tank to the engine including the fittings. I also put in a glass fuel filter so I could see the fuel flow which is in the video. I have a link to the video on a different site that should work fine that shows the motor running on the lake. Thanks for your patients and help.

Also after I say...That's what she is doing in the video I open it back up and this time I pump the prime bulb. It will run good as long as I keep pumping it.

The pulse comes through the carb make sure the base gasket of the carb has the hole lined up in the block. You will need to take off the carb to look at it. Look to see if the small hole in the gasket is lined up with the hole in the block.

I will tear into the carb in the next day or so and make sure that everything is lined up good. You think it's a carb problem from what ya see in the video.

I'm ok with someone that has the same problem jumping on my thread...kill 2 birds with one stone...but a separate thread would be easier to keep track of.... :)

No Title

I tore into the carb tonight and here are some pictures of a couple things I found possibly wrong. One looks to be a bare ground wire from one of the coils and the other is inside the fuel pump. It looks like one of the flaps on a gasket was stuck down in a hole that it was supposed to be covering...you can see in the picture.
