I just fixed my fuel problem by taking carb off, cleaning all parts properly, re-installed. Everything went very smooth then when ready, tried to fire it up. Turns over great but no spark. Checked 4 cylinders for spark & have spark in 1 out of 4 w/ new plugs. I checked for spark a couple of weeks back, 4 out of 4! The only electrical I touched was the choke wire which was reconnected & works perfect, RRRRR! Anybody with any suggestions other than a revolver?
Also today bought a compression tester & doing compression test on the 4 cylinders. Would like to know at that age of motor what the P.S.I. should approximatly be? Also in what P.S.I. range should all 4 cylinders be in before I sh. consider re-build or "good anchor"?
P.S. You guys have been nothing but wonderful in all your help & I also look at questions where I could help out ie: what lb of test line to use for a 115 H.P. for an anchor! haha
