1976/1977 omc 115

I currently have a 1976 115 and have a line on a 1977 115. the 1977 runs better and has power trim so, this is the one I plan on using. The 1976 will be kept as a back or parts. Did these motors change much in one year?

76 & 77 are basically the same motor. 77 & 78 are totally different beasts.
