1976 85hp Evinrude tilt trim

Hi everybody i have bought this motor which is in terrific cond with original tilt&trim but after replacing the o rings in the hydraulics and reassembling i have no idea how to bleed the<br />system any clues tricks ideas?

jimmi....cycling the TNT from all the way down to all the way up will bleed the system. When checking level, make sure engine is tilt all the way up. Might take a while to get the system working right since it's empty, just keep addin' fluid to the reservoir as you can. Once you can get it to cycle up and down, make 3 to 4 cycles and check level with engine all the way up. This will also let any air out.

Jimmi,<br /><br />Give the motor a rest after every 2-3 cycles. You do not want to overheat it.<br /><br />Otherwise, fill, repeat. Fill, repeat.
